This show will always have a place in my heart b/c it was one of my very earliest Dead bootlegs--in the form of a vinyl LP I found in a tiny shop in Greenwich Village....what I most remember about it is loving the FIRE ON THE MOUNTAIN in spite--or even perhaps because of--Jerry's near-death frog croak vocals...the groove is just infectious and the tune somehow works beautifully even tho' Jer sounds like he's about to kick it for good!

Holy crap, you may have nailed it! I don't recall the name of the place (this had to be some 25 years ago at least) but it was definitely on Bleeker Street!!!

I spent hundreds of dollars in that shop back in the early and mid 1990's on Asian and Eastern European made Grateful Dead bootleg CDs. They were very expensive! I still have them. Any ideas on what to do with them?
